A Warm and Nourishing Space for
You and Your Relationships

You deserve to build fulfilling connections

Sometimes even our most cherished relationships can feel stuck, stagnant, and out of sync.

Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Arguments, conflict, and misunderstandings are all a part of day to day human interaction. The presence of conflict does not mean that your relationship is “bad” — what matters most is how you and your loved ones go about exploring the underpinnings of the conflicts that arise and create an opportunity for repair. In the heat of the moment, it can feel challenging to remind yourself that you are capable of working through conflict in a way that you can feel good about.

Through our work together, I aim to facilitate a deep dive into your relationship dynamics that illuminates where exactly the pieces of the puzzle are not connecting. My goal is to help you build skills in effective communication, active listening,  and establishing healthy boundaries. Over the course of your time in therapy, we will work towards your shared goals with hopes of building a thriving relationship that honors who each of you are as individuals.

  • All people in relationships of all kinds (familial, romantic, platonic, etc.) can potentially benefit from having a dedicated space to talk through their relationship dynamics. Although therapy can be a great way to work through interpersonal conflicts, you certainly do not necessarily have to be in active conflict with your loved one(s) in order to see a relationship therapist and have a fruitful & productive experience. Some topics that clients bring to session include but are not limited to: communication, trust, intimacy, sex, jealousy, boundaries, insecurities, non-monogamy, navigating family rejection, life transitions, family planning, etc.

  • Wildest Dreams Therapy operates based upon an anti-oppressive sliding scale fee structure that is built around our standard rate of $250 per session. Since everyone’s financial situation is different, we provide a limited number of slots at several different fee tiers above and below our standard rate. We invite you to review our sliding scale fee structure guide here.
